I have noted many times how federal judges have been extremely reluctant to send antiquity thieves and persons who deface ancient Indian pictographs and petroglyphs to prison.
Thus, to be fair I need to blog that U.S. District Judge Edward Lodge sentenced two Idaho men to prison for defacing ancient Native American pictographs near Hell's Gate State Park.
